LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE ACT:

1.NAME OF APPLICANT: Wensleydale Railway plc 2.POSTAL ADDRESS OF PREMISES: Leeming Bar Station, Leases Road, Leeming Bar DL7 9AR 3.PROPOSED LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: Premises Licence for the Supply of Alcohol for consumption on or off the premises 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 20th October 2014. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
