TONNE MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT)
(U1883 INGS BECK BRIDGE, WITHERHOLME LANE,
WHENBY) ORDER 2014 NO 393
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1)
(as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order
which is to prohibit any vehicle in excess of 3 tonne
maximum gross weight from proceeding along U1883
Ings Beck Bridge, Witherholme Lane, Whenby, in the
Borough of Hambleton due to weak bridge.
This further restriction follows on from an emergency
notice, which ends on 06.10.14. The maximum duration
of the Order will be from 07.10.14 until 05.04.16 inclusive
however it is envisaged that the restriction will be in place
for the above timescale. The restriction will be put into
effect by notices and signs.
