Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Variation of Premises Licence

Amber Taverns Ltd is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence Stephenson’s, 97 High Street, Stockton on Tees TS18 1BD. Namely to alter the structure of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted and to remove all the conditions consistent with the operating schedule to be replaced with the operating schedule of Amber Taverns. Any persons wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 29th day of October 2014, to Trading Standards and Licensing Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, PO Box 232, 16 Church Road, Stockton on Tees TS18 1XD It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
