Proposed development at Unit 2 Moxon Court, Thurston Road, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2NG.
I give notice that Clarke's Environmental Ltd. is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for part retrospective change of use from light industrial (B2 Use Class) to an asbestos waste transfer station (sui generis) and the installation of two free-standing metal containers for the temporary storage of asbestos.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 14 November 2014. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
