PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Proposed development at Stillington CP School, High Street, Stillington, York.
I give notice that Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the retention of prefabricated classroom unit No. 0895.
The part of Stillington within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 21 November 2014. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
