NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
Application Number: NY/2014/0305/FUL
Proposed development at Giggleswick Primary School,
Church Street, Giggleswick, Settle, BD24 0BJ.

I give notice that North Yorkshire County Council is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the installation of a 1.8 metre stone wall and metal fence, lighting and additional play equipment.
The part of Giggleswick within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton during all reasonable hours until 20 November 2014. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
