PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

I give notice that Corporate Director of Central Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the installation of roof mounted ventilation plant and evaporative cooling units on South Block, County Hall
In the opinion of the County Planning Authority, the proposal affects the setting of the Brierley Building, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8SB, a building which has been listed as of special architectural or historic interest.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 28 November 2014. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
