Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of The Firmenich UK Pension Plan (1994) (the “Plan”) that Firmenich UK Limited have decided to wind up the Plan. The Trustees have taken all reasonable endeavours to contact the members of the Plan, an announcement has been sent and their benefits under it have been identified. If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not recently been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim (specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Plan) to Piya Das at Capita, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ, so as to reach that address within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
