NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (HAMBLETON DISTRICT) (AMENDMENT NO 5) ORDER 2014

NOTICE is hereby given that on 21 November 2014 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (Hambleton District) (Amendment No 4) Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:-

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 1 December 2014, together with maps showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton; Thirsk Library, Finkle Street, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 1DA and at Easingwold Library, Market Place, Easingwold, York YO61 3AN during normal office hours from 28 November 2014 to 5 January 2015.
If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of 21 November 2014 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
