DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2012 (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2014

Notice is hereby given that Darlington Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of the Traffic Management Act 2004. The effect of the Order will be to amend the Darlington Borough Council (Moving Traffic) Consolidation Order 2012 to make the following length of road a bus and taxi lane:-St Cuthbert's Way: the inside lane of the southbound carriageway from its junction with Stonebridge to its junction with Parkgate. The Notice, draftOrder, plan and a statementoftheCouncil's reasons for making the Ordermaybe examined free ofchargeduring thehours of9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excepting Bank Holidays) inclusive atthe Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington.
