TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way, Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Application Reference No. R/27/128A From Mr Hurley for full planning permission for demolition of existing farm buildings and construction of one, 2 bedroomed dwelling with installation of 3.6kW photovotaic roof system at Land to the west of Holbrook House, Hudswell.
