(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.72/9/1, HUTTON RUDBY) ORDER 2015 NO 11
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.72/9/1, HUTTON RUDBY) ORDER 2014 NO 280 made on 18.07.15, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.72/9/1, Hutton Rudby, between grid references NZ46350620 and NZ45450570, in the District of Hambleton to carry out a culvert diversion.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 28.01.15 until 27.07.15 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
There is no alternative route available on site.
