(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (EPPLEBY VILLAGE) ORDER 2015

NOTICE is hereby given that on 26 January 2015 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below. The Order extends the 30 mph speed limit on the main village street further outwards at the northern end of the village.

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 2 February 2015, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton and at Richmond Library, Queens Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 4AE during normal office hours from 30 January 2015 until 9 March 2015.
