(BARTON INTERCHANGE TO STAPLETON ROAD) ORDER 2015 NO 8
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle, pedestrians, overtaking, waiting, right turn, left turn, vehicles in excess of 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight along Barton Interchange to Stapleton Road from its junction with the A1(T), B6275 at Barton Interchange, eastwards to its junction with Church Lane in Barton, in the District of Richmondshire due to works in connection with the upgrade of A1(T).
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 01.02.15 until 31.07.16 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken within the above timescale. The appropriate prohibition(s) will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be by arrangement with the contractor.
