(FOOTPATH NO. 16, HURWORTH) DIVERSION ORDER 2015

The above named Order made on the 23rd January 2015 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the length of public footpath at Snipe House Farm, Hurworth described in Part 1 of the Schedule to the route described in Part 2 of the Schedule below. The width of the new footpath will be 2m. A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of 30p. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Borough Solicitor, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT (ref: AE) not later than the 27th February 2015. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Darlington Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
