(SEDGEFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STOPPING, PARKING PLACES & DISABLED PARKING) ORDER 2011 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2014

The Council on 19.02.15 made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32 & 35 and Pt. IV of Sch. 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("RTRA") the effect of which comes into operation on 02.03.15 and introduces a Parking Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 1hr no return within 1hr restriction outside No's 58-62 Front St., Sedgefield. All other existing restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged. Full details are contained in the Order, a copy of which may be inspected at the Council's offices at County Hall, DurhamMon-Fri 9am-4pm and also at Sedgefield Library during normal opening hours. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the "RTRA", as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 20.02.15, apply to make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
