DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTPATH NO. 16, HURWORTH) DIVERSION ORDER 2015

The above named Order was confirmed on the 6th March 2015. The effect of the Order will be to divert the length of public footpath at Snipe House Farm, Hurworth described in Part 1 of the Schedule to the route described in Part 2 of the Schedule below. The width of the new footpath will be 2m. A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of 30p. The Order comes into force on the 20th March 2015, but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in the Order on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order he or she may make an application to the High Court for any of these within six weeks from the date of this Notice.

From Point A, NZ 29041 12621 on Skerne Way south west to a road crossing at The Lanes and then south and west around the south of Snipe House and then east to end at Point B, NZ 28696 12545 on the east bank of the river Skerne.
PART 2
Footpath No.16
From Point A, NZ 29041 12621 west and north along the verge of Skerne Way to Point C, NZ 29937 12663, then west to Point D, NZ 28740 12649. Then crossing a bridge between Points D and E and south to Point F, at an underpass at the A66 and then west to join Snipe Lane at Point G, NZ 28570 12518.
