(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(FRIARS WYND, RICHMOND) ORDER 2015 NO 97 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Friars Wynd, Richmond, the entire length of this footway which links the Market Place with Victoria Road, in the District of Richmondshire due to installation of utility supplies.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 13.04.15 until 29.11.15 inclusive and it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 13.04.15 for 2 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
