(U1597 FAWDINGTON ROAD, HELPERBY) ORDER 2015 NO 98
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along U1597 Fawdington Road, Helperby, in the District of Hambleton due to carriageway resurfacing works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 13.04.15 until 31.10.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 13.04.15 for 2 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
There is no alternative route available.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
