(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(U1, OSMOTHERLEY AREA, BETWEEN CHEQUERS & SQUARE CORNER)ORDER 2015 NO 100
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along U1, Osmotherley Area, between Chequers and Square Corner, in the District of Hambleton to enable the larger construction vehicles to be delivered/removed at Oakdale Reservoir.
This notice follows a short term closure which is due to end on 28.03.15. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 29.03.15 until 30.09.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken within the above timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
