LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston'sPLC to the Licensing Authority of Hambleton District Council to varythe Premises Licence forthe Durham Ox at 157 High Street, Northallerton, DL7 8JX. The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority and to permit retail sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music and late night refreshment to be undertaken externally. 2. External music to be limited to 22:00 hours. 3.Amendment to conditions. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 2UU. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 22nd April 2015 (www.hambleton.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
