DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF DARLINGTON LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Darlington have resolved to dispose of approximately 5,666 sq metres (0.56ha) of open space adjacent to Lime Avenue, Darlington and 26,305 sq m (2.63ha) of land at Alexander Street. The land comprises of open space which was declared surplus to the Council's requirements on 4^th February 2014
The Council is required to give notice of such intention to dispose of the said land and to consider any objections thereto.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to:-MrG Metcalfe, MRICS, Head of Property Asset Management, Economic Growth Group, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by no laterthan 15^th May 2015.
A plan may be inspected at the Town Hall during normal working hours.
