TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(U1721 THE SIDINGS, SHIPTON BY BENINGBROUGH) ORDER 2015 NO 122
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along U1721 The Sidings, Shipton by Beningbrough between C92 Station Lane and A19 Junction, in the District of Hambleton due to carriageway resurfacing works. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 11.05.15 until 31.10.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 11.05.15 for 2 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
