TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Application Reference No. R/03/96C From Ms Weetman for full planning permission for alterations to roof line at rear to accommodate re-positioned bathroom and stairs; alterations to existing roof sections, replacing shallow slope with a flat 'green' (sedum) roof and creation of new entrance at side of house at Beck Cottage, Vicarage Bridge, Grinton.As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
