(SEDGEFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STOPPING, PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED PARKING) ORDER 2011 (AMENDMENT No. 1) ORDER2015
The Council intend to make an Order under Sections 1, 2,4, 32 and 35 and Pt IV of Sch 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to extend the existing No Waiting At Any Time restriction from Stockton Road to Rectory Row to its junction with Crispin Court and make minor administrative amendments to the Order. All other existing restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged. A copy of the draft Order & supporting documents may be inspected at Sedgefield Library and County Hall, Durham during normal opening hours & via the Council website. Any person wishing to object to the proposal should send their grounds of objection in writing to Loraine Holding, Legal Assistant, by post to County Hall, Durham or via email to highways.orders@durham.gov.uk, quoting ref. 4428 by no later than 22/05/15.
