Notice of Application for the Grant of aPremises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for Wetherspoons, 78-79 High Street, Northallerton, DL7 8EN. The application is to provide the following licensable activities: 1. Sale of Alcohol between 0900 and 0000 Sunday to Wednesday and 0900 and 0100 Thursday to Saturday. 2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Sunday toWednesday and 2300 to 0100 Thursday to Saturday. 3. Extensions to the above hours are soight for certain non-standard days, details of whichare contained in the notice of application. This application has been made to Hambleton District Council. Details of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Team, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, DL6 2UU during normal hours of business or at www.hambleton.gov.uk at anytime. Any person or responsible authority who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than Thursday, 18th June 2015.
