ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011 SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION

Proposed development at Langwith House Farm, Long Lane, Well, Nosterfield, Bedale, North Yorkshire.
I give notice that Lafarge Tarmac Ltd has made an application to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for an extension to the sand and gravel quarry, modification of condition 2 of planning permission C2/06/01616/CCC and variation to the existing restoration scheme and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The further information subject of this re-consultation comprises the documents dated 2015 which relates to additional information submitted by the applicant in relation to Ecology, Landscape, Restoration, Highways and various other environmental matters. In addition, due to the length of time since the original application was submitted, an amended/updated Environmental Statement and Non-Technical Summary have also been provided. Finally, details of the proposed working and restoration of Phase 9 have been submitted
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 31 July 2015. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
