(FOOTPATH NO. 39 SEDGEFIELD PARISH/FOXTON NO. 3 FOOTBRIDGE, FOXTON, NEAR SEDGEFIELD) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2015

The Council, on 06.08.15 made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, its effect being to close to pedestrian traffic a 45m length of Footpath No. 39 Sedgefield Parish between the field boundaries which crosses Foxton No. 3 Footbridge South of Shotton, East of Foxton to permit footbridge repair or replacement works to be carried out. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under the Order is 6 months and is required from 12.08.15 for the duration of the works, anticipated to be 6 months. However, on rare occasions, alternative dates for closures may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Alternative route: via the network of other rights of way in the area.
