(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) A170 SUTTON BANK AND KENNY COW ORDER 2015 NO 267 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the A170 from the top of Sutton Bank including Kenny Cow to Osgoodby Lane End junction and any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 mph along the A170 Kenny Cow, in the District of Hambleton, due to essential maintenance works. The temporary speed restriction will be in place from 1st September until 8th November 2015 and the prohibition of traffic will be in place for a temporary period of 14 days (subject to access to premises) from 7th September 2015 until 20th September 2015 - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
