NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (HOWE HILL BANK, NEWBY) ORDER 2015 NO 278 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984- Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Howe Hill Bank, Newby for a temporary period of up to 12 days of closure (subject to access to premises) between 14 September 2015 and 25 September 2015 (Order valid from 14 September -31 October 2015), because of highway maintenance works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
