NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES) (U1858/9, KIRBY BANK) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2) and 3(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the U1858/9, Kirby Bank, between the gateway at the southern end of Hill Road at Toft Hill and the gateway immediately south of the junction with the Cleveland Way National Trail, except for access for private land management.

NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:-

Copies of both draft Orders, together with maps showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make each of the Orders may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Stokesley Library, Town Close, North Road, Stokesley, North Yorkshire TS9 5DH during normal office hours from 28 August 2015 to 21 September 2015 and also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/notices.
