(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (DISTRICT OF RICHMONDSHIRE) (AMENDMENT NO 6) (MINOR) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that on 1 September 2015 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend the measurements and descriptions of the School Keep Clear markings in "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (Richmondshire District) (Amendment No 3) Order 2013" to those specified in the table below:-

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been compliedwith in relation totheOrder,you may,within sixweeksof1 September2015makeapplicationtotheHigh Courtforthepurpose.

(AMENDMENT NO 15) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to revoke "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) (Amendment No 10) Order 2014" and amend the existing waiting restrictions on Norby Front Street (B1448), Thirsk as specified in the table below:-

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Thirsk Library, Meadowfields, Chapel Street, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 1TH during normal office hours from 4 September 2015 until 25 September 2015 and also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/notices.
