NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (VARIOUS ROADS, BORROWBY/KNAYTON) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that on 8 September 2015 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below.

From a point measured 78.5 metres in a north easterly direction from the centre line of the junction of the U1832 and Oaktree Bank, to a point measured 200 metres in a south westerly direction from the centre line of the junction of Allerton Wath Road and Oaktree Bank.

(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (DISTRICT OF HAMBLETON) (AMENDMENT NO 13) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that on 8 September 2015 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:-

NOTICE is hereby given that on 8 September 2015 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the table below.

From a point measured 120.5 metres in a north westerly direction from the centre line of the private road running between Beech Croft and Keithley Cottage through the village of Battersby, to a point measured 90 metres south of the centre line of the ford which is adjacent to the access to Pear Tree Farm.

If you wish to question the validity of the above Orders or of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks of 8 September 2015 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
