(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS, CYCLISTS AND HORSE TRAFFIC) (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 20.15/13/1, COLBURN) ORDER 2015 NO 298 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order to prohibit any pedestrian, cyclist or person riding or leading a horse from using the Public Bridleway 20.15/13/1, Colburn between grid references SE19679769 and SE19679768, in the District of Richmondshire for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 01.10.15 and 01.04.16, due to the bridleway crossing the route of a proposed haulage road and to keep construction traffic from
being in direct contact with residents in the surrounding
area - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also
be signed on site where appropriate.
