TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
CYCLISTS AND HORSE TRAFFIC) (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 10.17/1/1, BRAFFERTON, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2015 NO 314
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian, cyclist or person riding or leading a horse from using the Public Bridleway 10.17/1/1, Brafferton at grid reference SE4345/6996, in the District of Hambleton for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 12.10.15 and 12.04.16, to allow repairs to the bridge to be carried out - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
