(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT)
(A6136. CATTERICK ROAD, CATTERICK) ORDER 2015 NO 266 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the A6136, Catterick Road, Catterick from its junction with the A6136 Gatherley Road / Leeming Lane at Catterick Bridge, south westwards to its junction with the vehicular access to 'Ash House'.
And any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 mph along the A6136, Catterick Road, East of Brough with St Giles, Colburn, from its junction with the permanent 30 mph speed limit on the eastern side of Brough with St Giles, eastwards to its junction with the A1 at Catterick Central Interchange in the District of Richmondshire.
The Temporary Road Closure and Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit will only apply (subject to access to premises) between 16.10.15 and 15.04.17, due to bridge works in connection with upgrade of A1(T) - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
