(SEDGEFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STOPPING, PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED PARKING) ORDER 2011 (AMENDMENT No. 2) ORDER 2015

The Council intend to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 & 4 & Pt IV of Sch. 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect being to introduce No Waiting At Any Time on both sides of Salters Lane Industrial Estate Road from its junction with C38 Salters Lane for its full length. All other existing restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged. Full details may be inspected at Sedgefield Library & County Hall, Durham during normal working hours and via the Council website. Objections should submitted by 14/11/15 to Loraine Holding Legal Assistant at County Hall, Durham DH1 5UL (ref: 6744) or emailed to highways .orders@durham. gov. uk.
