DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(MOVING TRAFFIC) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2012
(AMENDMENT NO. 7) ORDER 2015
Notice is hereby given that Darlington Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of the Traffic Management Act 2004. The effect of the Order will be:-
1. To prohibit goods vehicles over 7.5 tonnes in the following part of Mill Lane Lane, Bishopton:-

from a point 5 metres east of the centre of the bridge over Whitton Beck to the north side of the entrance to West House Farm
2. Toprohibitanyvehiclethelength ofwhich, including anyload on or attached to the vehicle, exceeds 26ft 5" inches (8m) in the following part ofMill Lane Lane, Bishopton:-

from a point5m eastofthecentre ofthe bridgeoverWhitton Becktoa point 13m south of the southern building line of Bishopton Mill Farm
The Notice, draft Order, plan and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be examined free of charge during the hours of 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington. If you wish to object to the proposals contained in the Order you should send your objection in writing to the Head of Legal Services, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT (Ref: AE) or e-mail traffic.orders@darlington.gov.uk stating the grounds on which it is made by the 7th December 2015.
