Outline application with all matters reserved for the development of up to 40 No. dwellings
A copy of the applications and plans may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Darlington during normal office hours or online by going to the following address on the council's website www.darlington.gov.uk/msp. Any written representations to the proposed development should quote the planning reference number and reach me no later than 4 December 2015
