TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
CATTERICK LANE, CATTERICK ORDER 2015 NO 359
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Catterick Lane from its junction with the slip road for the A1(T) Northbound, southwards to East Appleton, in the District of Richmondshire for various periods of time (subject to access to premises), during an 18 month period commencing on 23rd November 2015 until 22nd May 2017 because of works to upgrade the A1(T). The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will be signed.
During such time as the Temporary Road Closure is in place, the terms of the following Traffic Regulation Order will be suspended: 'North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition Of Heavy Commercial Vehicles In Excess Of 7.5 Tonnes Gross Vehicle Weight) (C37 Tunstall) Order 1993'.
