DL1 4SA and known as : Krish Food & Wine The variation application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol Off the premises 06:00 – 23:00 hrs each day Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 9 December 2015 The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
