(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (A167, STATION ROAD, TOPCLIFFE) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the table below - the proposed Order will extend the existing 30 mph speed limit on the A167, Station Road at the north end of Topcliffe village.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Thirsk Library, Meadowfields, Chapel Street, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 1TH during normal office hours from 27 November 2015 until 18 December 2015 and also viewed online at www.nort hyorks .gov.uk/notices.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing addressed to "Area 2 Thirsk Highways Office, Thirsk Industrial Park, York Road, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 3BX" or by e-mail to area2.thirsk@northyorks.gov.uk or via the website link above by 18 December 2015.
