TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.150/8/1, THIRSK) order 2015 NO 169
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.150/8/1, THIRSK) ORDER 2015 NO 169 made on 29th May 2015, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.150/8/1, Thirsk, between Grid References SE 43198210 and SE 43198199 In The District Of Hambleton, due to Major demolition and redevelopment of former Bridge Garage site.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 08/12/2015 until 08/06/2016 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
