TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 20.42/12/2, MARRICK) ORDER 2016 NO 97
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any person from using Public Footpath 20.42/12/2, between grid reference NZ05610272 and NZ06010258, Marrick, in the District of Richmondshire, for a temporary period of 6 months between 16th March 2016 and 15th September 2016 (subject to access to premises), to allow the replacement of a bridge - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
