LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES
LICENCE (Section 34)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Darlington Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of B & M Stores, Meynell Road (off Whessoe Road) Darlington DL3 0XZ to extend the opening hours and hours for the sale of alcohol to 08.00 until 22.00 on Mondays to Sundays. The Licensing Register containing a record of the application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the below address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. Any representation by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall Darlington DL1 5QT by 10 March 2016.
