NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS, CYCLISTS AND HORSE TRAFFIC) (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 20.13/13/1, COLBURN) ORDER 2016 NO 129 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian, cyclist or person riding or leading a horse from using Public Bridleway 20.13/13/1, Colburn, between grid references SE19679769 and SE19679768 in the District of Richmondshire, for a temporary period of 6 months between 1st April 2016 and 30th September 2016 (subject to access to premises), due to potential danger to the public caused by construction traffic attending a development site - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
