NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Forcett Quarry, East Layton,
Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 17TH.
I give notice that Hanson Quarry Products Europe Ltd is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the variation of condition no's 1 & 15 of planning permission ref. C1/29/15P/CM dated 7 September 2011 to allow the continuation of limestone extraction for a further 10 year period until 31 August 2026 and a temporary variation of the operating hours for a period of 24 months to allow extended night time working of the coating plant (with associated haulage of coated roadstone products) on up to 40 occasions a year (Monday to Saturday) and on 20 Sundays a year until 31 August 2018 and that the application is accompanied byan Environmental Statement.
Members of the public mayviewthe application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Richmondshire District Council, MercuryHouse, Station House, Richmond, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 01 April 2016. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
