LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Miss Michelle Dalton has applied in respect of Greenbank Hotel, 86-92 Greenbank Road, Darlington DL3 6EL for a variation of Premises Licence to permit sale of alcohol on and off the premises 11.00-00.00hrs Monday to Saturday, 11.00-23.00hrs Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 12/04/16 (28days from submission to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
