PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE SETTING OF
A LISTED BUILDING
Application Number: NY/2016/0045/FUL I give notice that The Corporate Director of Strategic Resources is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the construction of 132 additional car parking spaces, including the construction of a new access road (2,900 sq. metres), 18 No. 6m high lighting columns and tree removal. In the opinion of the County Planning Authority, the proposal affects the setting of County Hall, Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD, a building which has been listed as of special architectural or historic interest.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until the 8th April 2016. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
