NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(VARIOUS ROADS IN THE DISTRICT OF HAMBLETON) ORDER 2016 NO 191
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order
which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess
of 10 mph along the following roads, in the District of
Hambleton, due to patching of the carriageway;
A173 from roundabout to Great Ayton
A172 from Strikes roundabout to County Boundary
A172 from Summerfield House to Tontine
A167 Crowfoot Lane to Hutton Bonville
B6271 from Railway Bridge to Yafforth 30mph
A684 from Ainderby Steeple to Northallerton
A167 from Topcliffe to Busby Stoop roundabout
A19 from Werehill Lane to Demesne Farm
B1264 from A167 to C2 junction, Worsall Toll Bar
B1264 from A167 to C2 junction, Low Worsall
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 15th
April 2016 until 31st March 2017 inclusive. However, it is
envisaged that the restriction will be in force for up to
5 days on each site. The restriction will be put into effect
by notices and signs.
